[PC] vMA broken?

I am experiencing a lot of lag in the arena.. sometimes when I swap weapons, I will get a lagspike freezing me in place and coming back into motion in a different location in the arena. I reloaded my UI and those seemed to have gone away for the most part until I made it to another stage and the lagspikes came back.
NOW I am stutter stepping when I use abilities - meaning my character stops moving completely for the half-second it takes to press the key.. wtf is going on? Never experienced anything like this outside of the instance.

This is way normal. All you can do is walkaway for a few min, itll go back to normal.0 -
