Will you subscribe for the double bank space?

Genuinely just asking because I'm curious. I assume at least part of the reason for doing this is to try and get more people to subscribe and I'm curious about how effective it's likely to be.

I'm sure the poll options don't cover every possible situation, that's what the other option is for. I thought about adding more (e.g. "I am a subscriber, was thinking about cancelling it but this convinced me not to") but that quickly gets far too complicated. If you want to add more detail please do post a comment.

Crafting bag alone is enough to make me subscribe, but the bank space is a nice addition.

As time passes we are all continuing to collect gear sets and all kinds of items, some of which are bound and can only be stored in our bank or alt characters.

Was subscribed but not anymore . Bank space does not interest me . Having access to all content did interest me . If I do resubscribe later , the bank space will not be the reason . I'm sure some people will be excited for more bank space just not me .

I am not a subscriber and I will NOT sub for double bank space
As for me I'm not currently a subscriber and I don't think this will change that decision.

The vast majority of stuff in my bank is crafting materials, so the craft bag serves the same purpose for me and I don't think it's worth £9 a month. Admittedly I am currently using 2 mules to help manage my inventory, but I see that as a short-term issue because I haven't fully upgraded my bank or my crafters inventory. Once I've got that I'll be able to hold all the materials I need in the existing space.

I'm not a min-maxer and I mainly play solo PvE so I can't see myself ever wanting more than 1, maybe 2 sets of equipment per character. I plan to stick to crafted stuff because I have no interest in grinding so I'm not worried about keeping equipment just in case it one day becomes useful, I can make it if I ever decide I need it.

If any one ever had the opinion that Elder Scrolls Online is a pay to enjoy product, and Zenimax are milking people, they wouldn't have to use much evidence beyond the fact that the crafting bag is available to subscribers only. The realization that so many people willingly accept this as the 'norm' speaks volumes about modern MMOs.

I could understand if it was a free to play game with a subscription option, but it isn't - it's a buy to play game, which in order to get services that should be included in that original purchase, costs additional money.

And let's not get started about the paid DLCs...expansions ok, but DLC?

So it's not just about bank space. As one user said, that's icing on the cake - I presume though, nasty aftertaste synthetic sugar substitute taste, when you consider what you actually paid monthly for.

They need to make it clear and simple

Either sale stuff outright and build features under dlc not eso plus
    Or
Let the subscriber keep access to everything a buyer can buy but limit it to the periods of their active sub. This would mean losing things if the sub cycle is broken (like limited release stuff)

That's the incentives and benefits and simplicity all solved.

Actually, I was around when this game required a sub to play and got nothing in return except play time. During that time, subbed players didn't get a crafting bag or extra 10% bonuses to exp/inspration/gold. What I am paying for now is exactly what I meant - a bonus.

The monthly crowns ensure that if I were to unsub, I can still enjoy all of the game's content. All around, I see it as a great deal and $15/month is no big deal for hours of entertainment.

It's not for the perks or lack thereof that I canceled my sub. It's a combination of my financial situation and my general (dis)satisfaction with the general direction of the parts of the game that mean the most to me.

I've always been a sub. I recently let it expire because I was out of town and other reasons but, I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to deal with support. After struggling with them for a couple weeks I wanted to try and see how they reacted with ESO plus on my account so I resubbed and filled out another ticket.. Well I guess you guys shouldnt be surprised but a situation that has been terrible for 2 weeks almost was fully resolved in less then 24 hours.

I'll probably just stay subbed in the case I have to deal with support again. As for the increased bank space I really dont need it, especially with the crafting bag.

The extra bank space is nice but not critical for me. Already have plenty.

My priorities for Plus are the craftibag and ability to dye costumes.

Not getting all future added content via parsing DLC into differing types is disappointing and would much prefer that the game keep the spirit of ESO+ including all future added content instead of manipulating DLC that are called 'Expansions' or whatever out of the deal.

So in conclusion I would rather get ALL added content (as implied when I subbed) than more bank space. I think sticking to that implied expectation would entice and retain subbers more than bank space.

Extra bank space is neat, but doubling it is only going to be a stopgap for the more serious inventory-management issues that furniture has brought us. I get why they did it the way they did it, but honestly we'd have been better off as players if they were high-cost collectibles unlocks instead of inventory items that took up space.

i cancelled my sub because of 10 mins loading screens in PVP and *** performance in trials, while the latter is fixed(on PC only), im still unable to play in PvP in any group unless i crash the game 2-3 times every 30 mins.

also being eso plus is useless for me since i purchased the useful DLCs already, i rather purchase morrowind expansion than to subscribe again.

A character has 240 slots, banks currently have 200. So overall 240*8+200=2120 slots. Doubling the bank space is adding 200 slots to that. So that's what? around 10%? Increasing inventory by around 10% or even less if you bought character slots.. Not very impressive, tbh.

Also, wouldn't want to support something like that. Bag space shouldn't be for subs only, could sell it for crowns, if anything. And make subs give the same amount of crowns per dollar as buying crowns directly, so that there's no reason not to sub.

I decided to go with the other paying model and buy DLCs I want to play.

And looks like zosi is punishing me for that.

First they shrink the storage space and then they double it as an ESO + perk. Dirty play from ZOS side in my opinion.

Yes they shrank it indirectly by adding so many new sets and new mats and new housing items.

The right play would be to increase the storage space by 30 items per DLC for example, and if you own it you get the perk.
If you sub then you get all DLCs storage space.

    Cheers!

I don't subscribe to anything. I have pretty limited time, not a lot of disposable income, and don't want to feel guilty for the time I don't spend playing...which I would if I subbed. So for me, there's nothing they could offer that would make me sub. It's just not the kind of model I can stomach. I started playing ESO as soon as it went Buy to Play. If they make the game essentially unplayable unless you sub then I just leave. That was my experience with SWTOR.
