I think what he meant by the "properly" in the thread title is "with the Jester run".
But to answer your question, the only things that need to be killed are the void callers revealed by the synergy. Also a very good idea to kill any assassins revealed by the synergy, though not absolutely necessary. The other cats are just distractions. The synergy gives you Major Expedition, so it's a good idea to keep using it.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
