Environmental damage can trigger sets that proc off of damage done

Steps to reproduce:
Expected results:
Nothing should happen beyond you taking environmental damage.
Actual results:
As you take environmental lava damage, it procs your sets.
It would seem that the game is treating environmental damage as your damage. This effect is very noticeable when crossing the toxic pool surrounding the Gravelight Sentry's island in ICP... it seems like every other run, my Grothdarr would proc from me just crossing that pool.

- Wear a set with an effect that procs off of damage done. I did three separate tests with a different set each time: Grothdarr, Ilambris, and Burning Spellweave.
- Find a pool of lava somewhere in Stonefalls and stand in it.
Expected results:
