It was a 2 week long process for me to break down and spend in game gold for a decent house. I currently have about 4 items placed in there.
To get me to spend $120.00 on an in game house, it will need to do MUCH more than it currently does.
I bought it. Furnished and all.
Was glad to.
It's a good guild hall.
Cue the hate LOL

like seriously...
IF housing supported guild sharing etc... properly, then I could see it as being aimed at guilds for guild halls and stuff ; but as is. just no.

Assuming your guild only has 24 members that is.
If you guold has more than 24 members, or even more than 24 members who might want to get together, then its just about the worst guild-hall imaginable.
Somewhere on an old back up drive I have screenies from LOTRO of a guild event my guild had at their Guild House about 5 years ago, there were about 50 of us.
So a ten year old game, had better guild halls 5 years ago, and that only cost in-game currency.
Well done ZO$.

Even the notorious No Man's Sky had an update to allow base building and farming. I think there's vehicles now, too. I should probably go update it.

Plus I seem to have more fun decorating the small spaces.
Personally I think it was just the update ZO$ marketing used to milk the crap out of people silly enough to fall for it along with brand new RNG gambling crates....but that's just my opinion....along with Zo$ focus is now more about their microtransactions and less about keeping a long term player base, fixing long term game breaking issues or future content, even that is not enough they need to start changing the description of subs from "all downloadable content" to "DLC Content"....then call the next DLC a fake "expansion" to throw the next big patch of content behind a pay wall....it's ok no one will notice....then are even going to not give free character slots when releasing a new class...
And still people fall for it....
What's next? Start charging real money for tables and chairs that they just copied and pasted with white knights actually defending it? Oh wait nvm....I think we are already there...
Tbh I have a feeling they will put all the new Bis items and make Warden OP just so people jump at buying their fake expansion...because ZO$..
No cosmetic item in any video game ever should ever be worth even half the amount that this is worth.
HG2H
I bought it.
Having and going to have a ton of fun decorating it the way I want it
No regrets.
