    Though balance wise, it should be fire for PvE, but in PvP those damn dark elves would eat my flame balls for breakfast.

    As for the actual topic, I'd actually be really surprised if they were doing anything. It's ZOS, best case they'll do something to stop this soon™ but til then, everyone who farms it keeps it.
