I heard that when the Jester's Festival comes that we are finally getting the stamina version of witch mother's potent brew which will give Maximum Health, Maximum Stamina and Stamina Recovery. Anyone know if this is true?

It's not as good as some people think. Your much better off configuring your stats so you can use more focused food or drink.0
