With primetime queues already for all campaigns higher than 60 and ~150 for azura and trueflame.
Realisticly i don´t think much is going to change. It´s not like they can let more people in.

They need to do a double AP even regularly. CP people can keep their CP for all I care; I just like the action

I'd love if they tried out a variety of AP distribution schemes to see how it affected player behavior (like upgraded keeps being worth more, a double Dtick week, more kill AP but faster diminishing returns on kills).

What needs to happen, is that WINNING the campaign needs to be made to matter. A lot. If winning the campaign is the ostensible goal of PVP, then THAT is what needs to be incentivized.
One idea,: ZOS could create some competitive new BOP gear sets that are ONLY available from campaign victory rewards. Not from AP, not from grinding, not from any other source whatsoever.
