DPS test dummy?

I'm assuming the only way to get one is to either buy the recipe from the writ vendor and make one yourself... or buy one from someone else that can make them?
I don't get into the whole housing thing (besides selling the master craft writs)... but i would like to get the target dummy.
How much are these things selling for? (if they are selling already) And how do you even search for them in the guild trader?

1.5k for the normal one (3 Mio health)
2k for the robust one (6 Mio health)
