To be honest I'm really annoyed that when I travel to some house, which is convenient, to decon all the things, clear my inventory and so on, I then come out and find myself in a middle of nowhere and I have to go to some distant wayshrine to port back. So yeah, this would be good even if ZOS don't wanna add houses to DLC locations.2.instead of leaving house to outside the house, make it like dungeon, you can fast travel to it, and when you leave you return to your original place before you travel to house. Thus for those who stopped subbing, they can still visit their house but not the real area

Oh, I could not disagree more, this isn't a good idea. The problem of dlc housing is what should happen after a subber house owner stop subbing.

While a lot of players will doubtless say they'd like houses in DLC zones, I wonder if that had happened how many of those players would now be complaining that it was a cash grab designed to force people to buy the DLCs?
I'd love a palace in Hew's Bane, with secret rooms and a hidden passage for quick access to the Thieves Guild...

Well, they could make the houses availible with crowns for everyone and if you own the dlc you can buy it with either gold or crowns. That way everyone wins!
The problem of dlc housing is what should happen after a subber house owner stop subbing.
To solve this there are two Possible ways:
1.You can only buy the house if you purchased the dlc. Though you can imagine the cry of subbers though (but many have already brought the dlcs with sub crowns too)
2.instead of leaving house to outside the house, make it like dungeon, you can fast travel to it, and when you leave you return to your original place before you travel to house. Thus for those who stopped subbing, they can still visit their house but not the real area

This made me wonder. What happens if a person with ESO+ is in a DLC zone when the sub ends?
As for solving the problem with houses in those zones, I think your idea of making them instanced is a great way to solve it.
There are many such house ideas that many players would no doubt want.I'd love a palace in Hew's Bane, with secret rooms and a hidden passage for quick access to the Thieves Guild...

That would be awesome! And it should look like a regular house/apartment, until you try to read that book and suddenly there's a secret passage to the thieve's den
