Also I don't remember ever seeing you gank on your mageblade... C'mon Jules.
5x Stygi, 5x Elegant -- Rip in peace to anyone who catches that Heavy attack.

She tried to use it for 20 min, could not kill anyone, switched to stamina build...lol

Not the highest damage setup, actually. I once hit a 27.8k heavy attack, not to mention Soul Harvest in the mix.NightbladeMechanics wrote: »Exact same methodology and theorycrafting as the ganking setup I was running last October and November, but with less efficient sets and CP and minor bar differences. Yeaaaa no, this style ganking build actually achieves stupid high burst. Tank builds are on the menu for sure. I still have all my ganking clips...might have to do something with those.

Hm, do tell I could maybe see julianos or tbs to push crit/crit dmg higher.

@NightbladeMechanics
so to get the 8% damage buff u have to slot a destro ability and all your ability receive the 8% damage or is it just the destro ability?
I hate this build its so stereotypical trash.
You do complete overkill damage with the resources to perform at most two rotations.
It has no 1VX capability and good luck trying to cloak away anytime over the past year!
Jules, I like fighting against you when you play DK but why are you making a build for a class that most people have never seen you play ?
I can understand the reason for using alchemist because in a fight you are likely going to pop a tripot anyways so spending a potion to kill a person isn't terrible however without using a potion you have 2400 spell damage which is enough to kill a lot of players anyway providing you sap to buff yourself to 2600 sp dmg
But even having this much damage and buff W/alchemist you end up having no sustain.
If you could slot siphoning attacks this might correct this though.
I also hate that you're running soul harvest on your front bar that should definitely be on your back bar with Destro ult on your front bar
OR meteor on your back bar rather than soul tether.
Probably the thing that drives me crazy most about this build is your 10K stamina pool!
15 K stamina is what has been needed for Magicka builds over the past six months at least; if you have 14k you can still get away with it just over 13 is pushing it a little too much imo, but anything less and you're out of your mind.
At least if you're going to be running a light armor build put the other morph of magic harness on your bar to bolster your defenses!
I get that the recommendations I am making are not for ganking & I understand you have specified that this is a pure gank build, however it just does not work at all!
(If you can get it to work then kudos to you, but I've killed many people open world that run this setup & so have a poor opinion of this playstyle)
So my recommendations are my opinion of how to play a magic night blade and actually be successful in Cyrodiil.

Do you have some footage of this one in action? I tried almost the same setup on my magicka NB last year and wasn't able to do nearly as much damage compared to mag DK with similar gear.
Recently I tried again during no-CP week and the range on impale is ridiculous now, so was trying to incorporate this. Do you cancel heavy with impale? Close the gap with lotus fan, or try to keep them ranged?
What I found seemed to work sometimes is heavy attack, flame reach, then either med/heavy+impale or crushing shock+light attack+impale
