So i submitted a ticket about a week and a half ago to request to change my security question, then go an auto response to set up my account here. So I did that, searched around on here and it said to send support another reply back and see if they can help. So I did and i got a response to reply back on the ticket if my problem wasn't solved. it didnt ask me what to change the question to it just said theyve been flooded with tickets and that they couldnt get back immediately which is understandable. So i replied again and i got another reply back if my issue hasnt been solved yet.
So im curious if im asking for the security word reset in the right place? i get the feeling they want me to look elsewhere until its resolved and then stop replying on the ticket or something or do i just reply again and wait till they can help with the ticket.
