Group Finder random dungeon no longer granting completion rewards after Update 13.

Steps to reproduce:

1. We created a pre-formed group of four.
2. We queued for a random normal dungeon.
3. We each received a group finder ready check to which we responded in the affirmative. As soon as that happened, we were ported in.
4. We killed the final boss.
5. We received no reward for the completion
   • The dungeon finder status correctly says "Activity Complete"
   • We did not receive the customary mail with rewards.
   • We did not receive an XP reward.
   • The Group Finder still lists the reward as the blue Premium reward with 101047 XP. It does not list the lesser green reward nor does it say "Daily Complete"

We were not sure if this was a one-off fluke, so we tried to queue again...

1. We queued for a random normal dungeon with the existing group.
2. We each received a group finder ready check to which we responded in the affirmative. I received a notification that I have been grouped for Arx.
3. We were not ported into Arx. And the dungeon finder status still says "Activity Complete" from the previous run instead of changing to "In Progress".
4. Since re-queuing with the existing group did not work, we all left the group and reformed as a new group.
5. We got the exact same results as the first attempt: We were ported in, we killed the boss, we got the activity completion notification, but none of us received a reward of any kind.

So this is definitely not a one-time fluke. And in addition, it seems that queuing for a new dungeon with an existing group that has already completed a dungeon does not actually work--it gives us the ready check and tells us that we were queued for a dungeon, but we don't get ported and the dungeon finder does not register the activity has having been started.

The same has happened to me. First we formed a group of three (tank, healer and dps) and queued for the random, expecting it to find the fourth member. We all got the ready check several times, accepted it but it just reappeared right after. So we invited another friend and did the dungeon normally, but I didn't receive any xp bonus or mail reward.

We tried to queue for a second one. Didn't work. We had to left the group and reform it. After the ready check I got insta-ported to the dungeon. We did it and again I didn't receive the xp and mail.

Also, in Spindleclutch II, after the second or third boss, when a door opens and we enter a tunnel, everybody suddenly died from a "falling ceiling from cave-in" that did 30K damage. I died again after reviving. The only way I could continue was to cross the tunnel while in the "invunerable phase" after reviving.

Update: This bug seems to affect pre-formed groups. When I queued solo for a random dungeon, I got the reward at the end.

Thank you, @code65536. We do have a bug in for this based on some other reports today. We're working getting it fixed as soon as possible.

Find group dungeon finder totally broken... don't know why you did this degrading to group dungeon tool at all. Why wouldn't you improve searching options instead? Like add "Whole dungeon run only" and "As substitute only"?

Do you really think it will encourage people to play more dungeons only because they can't see their team before they port to dungeon?
Like the person who planned to make a fast run and finds himself in vWGT with 3 cp50 players will say "ah well, i wanted to play 20 minutes dungeon run but now i'm already here so I will stay for 2 hourse no problem"?
