Vivec

I tolerated Vivec in morrowind only because he tolerated me as the Nerevarine- therefor he's also my favourite of the 3 as Sotha Sil was dead and Almalexia tried to kill me. However- Vivec deserves no mercy. The events before and after Dagoth Ur and the Neraverine are very dodgy. Not to mention Vivec was 'mingling' with the enemy (Molag Bal).

He is best part of ALMSIVI.

Almalexia went mad in the end, even killing secluded madman that Sotha Sil was, is and will be. Vivec stayed moderately sane even after playing "cave explorer" with Molag Bal. For some reason, I got the idea that Vivec is the one that care the most about his ppl.

Vivec? Not mad? He betrays and murders one of his best friends, he names his city after himself, he hollows out a captured asteroid and sits crosslegged in nappies just waiting for me to kill him. And he thinks he's a god...

If he wasn't mad it was only because I killed him before he went senile!

Killed Almalexia too, put her out of her misery. Don't forget her betray of her husband Nerevar. And I won't forget she tried to kill me, the Nerevarine.

And I'd have killed Sotha Sil , if she hadn't got there first.

I detest Ordinators and haven't met a Buoyant Armiger who wouldn't be better off dead. Going back to Vvardenfell might be problematic...

You are so cool. I envy you. Bravo, you killed a madman, madwoman and you would kill another madman but madwoman killed him first. Whiny breton merchant would be proud of you. And that 9th era spaceship thanks you, too. Such a mighty acomplishment. I bet you killed Divayth Fyr as well. And few more.

So. Please forgive me. But who is Vivec? Haven't hear of Vivec before. Many thanks.

    Where's Sotha Sil?
@I_killed_Vivec To be fair, ALL THREE of the Tribunal have cities named after themselves. Mournhold sometimes goes by 'Almalexia' and the Clockwork City also goes by 'Sotha Sil.'

I suspect this has to do with them trying to set themselves up as gods: you'll note that many of the divine powers already in existence have some sort of physical link to the Mundus--Akatosh has the Amulet of Kings, Lorkhan has his Heart, the Celestials have their Apex Stones--so I believe the Tribunal were trying to go about forging that link to cement their positions.

@Serjustin19 Just in case you're being serious...

you say that as if those are bad actions.
i support and Applaud his actions, as they are just and fitting.

a wise question and answer i once read:

"is there a wrong way to play morrowind ? "

"there is no right or wrong way to play morrowind"

    where did i get this Q and A ?

in the morrowind players manual, written directly from the developers ...

I'm was being serious lol. Thanks for the link. Looks like I need to play Morrowind. Before Morrowind comes out in ESO. Thanks for letting me know and helping me. The only Game that I ever played before ESO was Skyrim. I don't even remember seeing name in Skyrim to be honest. Especially in ESO. Then again I mostly PvP in ESO.

This is so precious. Seriously, no derision. Makes me wish I could experience Morrowind for the first time again. Vivec is such an iconic character in TES history that if you don't know him, you probably don't know much of anything at all about Vvardenfell, so the expansion is going to be a completely uncharted territory for you. I wonder if you'll love the island as much as we did back in the day? It will be quite interesting to see how it's perceived when nostalgia isn't a factor.

Vivec is the "VI" part of ALMSIVI, part of the Tribunal, which includes Almalexia, Sotha Sil and Vivec.

They are the three that went to Red Mountain to battle the Dwemer to prevent construction of the Numidium (sp?).

They each used Kagrenic's tools on the Heart of Lorkhan, the missing God of creation, to imbue themselves with great power.

Edited to add Lore related link.
