The richest 7 accounts in Tamriel just picked an option in a poll to brag themself. That's not true untill a proof is provided :).

Already have 4.5 million gold. I should have had 7 million but I spend the difference buying mats and several complete motifs sets (14 pages each set) and gear.

Used to sell motifs for income but due to time constraints (real life always present) I barely have time to play 1 hour at most which I spend doing some crafting writs.

Other notes: Playing since beta. Doing the whole 3 factions zones may net you around 100k assuming you don't repair much, participate on activities that may incur on bounties and just keeping the gold on each reward.

Some are trade guild leads skimming cash.
Some gained a lot of gold during the writ exploit. No telling how much was earned during the cp exploit when it was first introduced. (the ban on the writ exploiter was 3 days. the ones that exploited for cp were never punished)
Some, endlessly grind gear, ap, or tv stones.
And, others play this game like the stock market. The last one I knew like this quit after realizing that he turned a game into a non-paying job. I know he was over 100mil, and that was a year ago.

Same, I played for about 3 months after launch quit until december of last year for the event, kind of poor atm as well about 450k here been spending to much on getting the motifs I still need first, probably just going to buy a manor with crowns if its not to steep.

Well someone screenshotted there 53m in the first page so I would guess it's possible to have enough money to buy every single house but I would call duped currency though

Interesting, nope I made the brackets correctly. What I find interesting is how this is like the income brackets in real life.
Lots of lower class, hardly anyone in the middle, it almost does not exist. More people rich than in middle class, and I would say there is few people that misread so I think the top 1% is pretty much spot on too.

Just very interesting though, did not expect results to come out this accurately.

One thing I want to note, just because manor costs a few million... That's not it. You have to think about the stuff your putting inside of it, and how much that costs. If you have a lot of space, that means your going to be buying a lot of stuff too.

Who knows, maybe the most expensive bed will cost 1 million gold, and that's just 1 item.

The houses are also available in the crown store, so if you are a plus member, then you probably already have enough crowns stashed to buy pretty much any of the houses.

Do you sell all your junk to vendors and put mats from deconstructing up on guild store?

If all you have time for everyday is your two pledges, you'll make 10k gold a day just by vendoring off your junk and selling the deconned mats.

Your brackets make no sense considering there might be no more than a dozen players with 50 million gold on each server, yet you have that labelled as "lower class".

Not sure what I put into any house I buy really matters.

If I buy a house it will simply be because I can and do not foresee myself going down the path of furnishing and decorating it. I would be interested in crafting tables and skeletons for DPS tests, but unless they introduce storage I probably won't be buying any furnishings for any house I buy.

I have a 9 trait crafter and can do top level writs on 8 characters, so getting any of the required 'components' to make my own stuff won't be an issue - if I want to furnish a house with anything.

Although I've normally only got 100K on my main char I always find something to spend my money on when I have more. I wouldn't say I'm poor though. Got about 8 gold armour and weapons sets and about 6K of each v160 mat and most of the motifs. I don't think gold is the only thing that makes us rich, need to consider our assets too.

When a celeb is put on the forbes 100 they don't just look at their bank account. Most of anyone's wealth is locked into assets so you can't build a class system purely based on how much gold someone has. Someone might only have 100K on their character but have assets in the 100s of millions.
