Random 2v2 i got into this morning.

Figured i'd post it since i always see waves of people throwing themselves at these blazing shield tanks.

Just debuff the heals and the rest is like a good joke, all you need is......

TIMING.

thats what i always try to tell ppl, timing is exacly all you need, its either timing of ganking, timing of bursting aoe choo choo, or timing of winning duel or timing of snaring/rooting + negating tankies, either stamina or mana or hp.

He's wearing Infernal guardian, ran out of stam way more quickly than he should have, and wasn't casting abilities for a good bit of the end, even when not cced (1:11, 1:17, 1:25 I believe are examples).

I would be interested to see you attacking a more experienced or better built plar. Not that I doubt you could kill one, but because he would surely put up a better fight and provide a better example.

'tis the best cyro produced for me at 4am eastern or something like that.
Though for sure dood seemed pretty clueless. same principles about timing apply not just mindlessly wailing away

I agree timing is key, but that guy was like a target dummy.

Its not hard you just use something like biting jabs that has a 8m radius spam it while sitting outside his 5m radius.

Whatever that guy was doing, it was not how a Blazeplar fights.

Looked more to me like he was testing something, just standing there taking all damage, not cc breaking, not blocking, not anything.

Don't pat yourselves on the back too hard now.

Fighting out in the open usually ends badly for a shieldplar.
Use more negates and less potatoes

Sorry, the title and body of your OP suggests clever gameplay of some kind to witness in the video.

Didn't realize you were joking? If that was the case I think "What happens when someone copies a build they find online but have no idea how to play it effectively!" would have been a better title.
