LF Addon That Auto Accepts Attachments

I have a nerve jerk problem that causes my fingers to move on their own. It also causes muscle spasms in my feet but since I don't play with my toes not applicable. I keep accidentally deleting my mail without removed the attachments first. Plz help me this is getting very scary.

Erm, it is impossible to delete a mail that still has attachments. Mail deletion is not possible until the attached items are removed.
