Question about Unduanted Dungeons, Trials & Arenas.

Hello, I have three questions about the activities I listed in my title. These questions are:

1.) How does the reward system work with the Undaunted keys? Does certian chests give me better or different rewards then the others?
2.) What are Trials? How does the activity work, what's the goal, and is it team based? Also what sort of rewards do you get?
3.) What are Arenas? How does the activity work, what's the goal, is it team based? What rewards do you recieve from this?

I've done the Unduanted quests before, but not with the new system they have now. And I've never played Trials and Arenas, I hear players talk about them but I don't know anything about this.

1. You can get a total of 6 keys each day per character and they come from 3 different quest givers of the daily quests known as pledges. Each quest giver has a few specific dungeons that they quest rotates through, the Monster sets that comes from the dungeons of each quest giver has their shoulder piece coming from the undaunted chest with that quest givers name on it. So say you want Kra'gh, that set is from Fungal Grotto and is a dungeon that Maj gives quests for so if you use your keys on her chest you have a chance of getting that set.

2. Trials are 12 man group instances that are what we call end game content, the height of PvE gameplay. You go in with usually 1-2 tanks and 2 healers and then 8-9 Damage dealers. You go in defeat the bosses and you get great loot and great rewards, its also the only place except for the Golden Vendor where you can get Golden Jewelry.

3. There are 2 Arenas, Dragonstar and Maelstrom. Maelstrom is a solo arena with 9 Arenas and 4-6 rounds per arena. Clear all of them and you will get a Maelstrom weapon. Dragonstar is a 4 man arena with 10 arenas with 5 rounds per arena except the last one which is just one boss. Clear that and the group is rewarded with the master weapons.

The three Undaunted pledge givers are:
Maj al Ragath (12 pledges)
Glirion the Redbeard (12 pledges)
Urgarlag Chief-Bane (currently 4 pledges, all of them are for DLC dungeons)

Here are the dungeons they will send you to as for pledges, and which Monster sets you can get from each of those chests/dungeons:

So basically, the Monster sets come in only two slots: head and shoulders.
You get the head piece from the last boss of a veteran dungeon. For example, you need to kill Valkyn Skoria in vCoA2 to recieve the Valkyn Skoria helmet.
You get the shoulder piece in the chest of the respective pledge giver. In the example of the Valkyn Skoria helmet, you have a chance to get it in Glirion's chest along with all other shoulders from his pledges (12 total).

The weapons gained after you complete an Arena are unique weapons with enchants that increase your stats and empower one of your weapon skills. vDSA weapons empower the first skill of a weapon skill line, and vMA wepaons empower the second skill of a weapon skill line.
For example, a The Master's Bow will empower your Poison arrow skill and any of it's morphs, while a Maelstrom Inferno Staff will empower your Wall of Elements skill and any of it's morphs.
