BUG!!! The TRAINEE gear set only has Training trait. PLS fix it ASAP!

This is not a bug; this set is found early on in starter zones. It is as it is designed to be; I enjoy the set for my new characters. Please, I do not want to see a change to this. And as many have already pointed out, the use of Trainee consistently, is consistent with the name of the gear.

it's one of the best endgame non-cheese sets in the game and you asking for zero drop of other traits, seriously? Ask for training pieces from quests but drop in other traits at least from master and advanced chests.

I get that max stats is really nice, but I don't really see how its BiS, at least definitely not in pve. For tanking, you can get plenty of stats from glyphs and use ulti generation sets or alkosh for resist debuff. Its definitely not a great dps set.

Could be wrong about pvp, not familiar with that area of the game.

I run it on mDK in PvP.
PS: runned for something like 2-3h and opened 100+ chests(and maps and those which needs to picklock), only training. Someone trolling in this topic

My friends use trainee set for stamina tank build. What do you guys think? Is it a good build?











engine guardian+trainee+armor master,5-1-1. 3 trainee jewelry, weapon and shield are armor master set.

That's not a bug. It's 100% intentional which is why most people normally go with a 3x Jewelry & S&B or Duel wield setup.

Biggest problem with that is that even if you have the 5-piece on both weapon sets (say one is a 1h/shield, other is DW), you still lose the health when swapping weapons. Honestly this crap bothers me tremendously... I have a sharpened dagger and a defending 2h sword that I golded out purely with the purpose of running the reinforced heavy chest, 3x jewelry, 1x weapon on both bars for the trainee set... but boom I lose 3500+ health every time I swap weapons.

Yeh, it's annoying. Pretty sure it can kill you too lol. Best I can do on my NB currently is 3 jewellery, well fitted medium chest (quest reward) and a training medium belt.

Yeah I have just banked my gold weapons in hopes they fix it one day, and I run 1 piece that's training trait on armor. It's worth it for some builds to give up a single useful trait for the huge stat pool increases.

Funny thing about it - only health get dropped, other pools stays untouched
