✭✭I've been informed they do not stack. I got excited in guild chat when I logged on my lowbie that I haven't used since the last festival and stacked up to 260%.
Apparently he tested the old buff after the last festival had ended and it didn't give double XP. So no way it could stack with the new boost.
Even if it did, why is it a problem that someone may get a substantial increase in XP for no more than 2 hours? I'm finding it hard to understand.PC EU0 -

Considering they wont work on housing probably for two weeks...then come back and throw it on PTS.....i'm guessing never
There have been no dev comments after the one linked above on the event as a whole and there are a few issues
1. EXP drops when you die
2. EXP drops randomly after doing dailies again on day 2
3. Keg works most of the time but not all the time (prefer a memento)
4. EXP timer is based on server time and not character played time

hmmm well that's interesting but maybe thats why my new alt was getting 12k-16k per quest yesterday but a hour ago, she got 721 (yes less than 1k) per quest today
