If you want to buy them anyway there is a four pack for the first four in the crown store, or you can buy the gold edition. Shadows of the Hist is only sold separately from the DLC packs. Again, though, if you are subscribing you already get access to all these and future DLC with your subscription.
There are two account upgrades not available with the subscription:
- Imperial Upgrade (access to the Imperial race)
- Any Race, Any Alliance (as it says, no alliance restrictions on races; since One Tamriel this only matters for PvP zones)
Hope this helps!

Why would I buy them if I already get them simply by subbing? Do I get something more by buying them?
What exactly is this Gold Edition and what does it give me that subbing doesn't already give me?
As for the upgrade that gives me the Imperial Race .... don't I already have that with my "Digital Imperial Edition"? Also with this edition don't I already get all races, any alliance?

A bit hostile aren't we?
I'd consider the "Full Game" to be the base, plus the 4-DLC pack. Anything else is just Crownstore extra.

now back to the civil folks, When I sub to the game, is there a way in game I can access that shows me what I DO have and what I DON'T have? aka something I can click on that shows me if I am missing anything so I can see what it is and either buy it now or later and such? Reason I ask is although I am pretty sure I understand everything you guys have said, I wanted to be able to verify and read up on stuff in game as well.

When you go to the Crown Store in game, there will be ESO Plus in the list (second one down) that will tell you if your membership is active and all the things it includes
On your character page it says you have ESO+ and the in game perks that entails (10% increase in experience, gold, inspiration and research times.
Your Bethesda account will also say you have ESO+ on the account page.

The Gold Edition is good to have if you ever plan on unsubbing. You'll permanently own all the DLC except Shadows of the Hist, whether you're subbed or not.

The Gold edition includes the base game and the 4 pack DLC. Are you sure the gold edition doesnt make a new account of your game and have to start from scratch?
I really dont know thats why Im asking but it seems as though you are buying a separate account with it.
The OP already has the imperial edition and could just buy the 4 Pack DLC for 5500 crowns if all he needs is the DLC.
The gold edition is $60 while the DLC pack is ~ $40 at full crown price and ~$25 when they go on sale.

No, they changed it recently so you can link an existing account to a Steam version of the game (including the Gold edition):

Ah ok.
However, I dont think the OP has it on steam because he says he bought the digital edition at game release. It wasnt on steam til sometime after release. I forget when but it was at least a few months.
