well.. you have been paying some players (russians afaik) ingame gold for AP/emperorship and your "grand overlord" title..it could it be that they suspected you of gold selling which is bannable

just open a ticket and say that you were paying in exchange of alliance points not in exchange of real life money.. maybe they will un-ban you then

Yeah, like it was abused in this case. His reasoning in-itself is questionable and not believable. Funny, if you ask anyone who has actually received a ban, they're almost always innocent. Also funny that the very vast majority can play this game without any issue whatsoever. I doff my cap to you though, your white knighting is commendable if not a little naive.
