Yeah, like it was abused in this case. His reasoning in-itself is questionable and not believable. Funny, if you ask anyone who has actually received a ban, they're almost always innocent. Also funny that the very vast majority can play this game without any issue whatsoever. I doff my cap to you though, your white knighting is commendable if not a little naive.

Usually the response here is to lock and say TOC don't allow for those discussions here and to contact them via support. Reason gave you link to support near the beginning.
