Suggestion: Dawnbreaker to Scale Off Max Stamina or Magicka

Though the recent changes to the Fighter's guild skill line is pretty good, with all the stamina-preferred changes with One Tamriel, it's time magicka builds have another cheap ultimate that isn't class-bound without detracting from the Ulitmate use with stamina builds.
Suggestion: Dawnbreaker and morphs damage scales off either max stamina or magicka. Flawless Dawnbreaker's damage passive would also scale off max stamina or magicka and increase either weapon or spell damage while slotted.
This way, magicka builds also have a good cheap Ultimate that isn't class-bound while not detracting from use by stamina builds.

Flawless dawnbreaker does give you 5% more weapon damage plus 3% from the passives.
Op, have you tryed soul strike? It only costs 100 ulti and hits like a truck and you are immune to cc while channeling it.1
