What motif is this? Can it be crafted?

So I've spent gold on what I thought was the right motif but it's not. I've never seen the feathers in crafted armor but this dropped and now I want to craft it but I can't find it anywhere on ESO fashion.

This dropped in a dungeon a few months back and now I can't find another nor figure out the motif.

Any help is appreciated.

    It is the Ra Gada style and it isn't craftable right now.

    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

    Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
    Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
    Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
    Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
    Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
    Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
    Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
    Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
    Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
    Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

    Ok I'm going crazy. I saved one but ya know since One Tamriel the Syvarra's stuff doesn't drop the same.

    Wait, not I'm not sure if it wasn't released as a motif already. Since I stopped crafting for people, I stopped paying attention on this kind of stuff too.

    I think I would still have noticed while crafting stuff for myself, though... I'm sorry, I'm sleep deprived right now but I'm pretty sure it isn't in the game. I think. Probably.

    Trinimac. They moved the wings from the shoulders to the chestpiece. It was in the patch notes some time back, but I don't recall which.

    That is NOT Trinimac!
    Trinimac does similar spikes but is a little different!

    It is indeed the Ra Gada Style from the two sets in Hews Bane (Bahraras Curse and Syvarras Scales)

    Motif: Both the book and its chapters are unobtainable right now.
    • Not sure when ZOS plans to make this style obtainable.
    • This style will likely become obtainable through completing World Boss and Delve daily quests in Hew's Bane. (just like Order of the Hour/Minotaur motifs)
    • Since Hew's Bane has died down a lot, this will be ZOS's way of incentivizing people to return to the zone.
    Style Material - Fine Whetstone: This style material is unobtainable. Coarse Whetstone (raw material) is also unobtainable.

    I'm pretty sure you're talking about the heavy Ra Gada (Syvarra's Scales) chest. It looks ridiculous on my female Redguard. Like it's about 4 sizes too big for her, or maybe like she went all Dolly Parton.

    @Vaoh Crafting Motifs 28 has vanished from the game's data as of One Tamriel. All of the other unreleased ones are still in there though, oddly enough.

    No , he wrong , we drop the Yokudan motif in craglorn , not the ragada .

    Hopefully it will be available soon. I use the helm at the moment, because I love the look, but it's totally a fashion over function moment.

    As an aside, (as a player of only redguard characters) I've been completely and quietly impressed with all the redguard, and redguard-themed motifs that have come out since launch. Not to mention the zones! (e.g. Craglorn & Hew's Bane).
