Or better yet when you are below level 20 and you get the Imperial Dungoen. It is like you are punished for having ESO+.

Penalty should not apply if you are kicked or Other three have left the group.

Penalty should be removed if you are not yet in the Dungeon. Simple.

Hi all, I'm so happy someone else is saying what I am believing for a while now, WHEN YOU ARE ON ESO+ YOU GET SCREWED AND SOME MORE!! Why would I say this, surly it can't be true, you are paying to get more and not screwed, this does not make sense. I've been through all those stages and this is my why and how:
People that are paying subscription is the least likely to leave the game.
People that are not paying is the most likely to leave.
This is what I believe they are thinking/doing: ZOS" well ok then, lets give the paying guys just enough, and deprive them of golden jewellery and sets, lets only give them well fitted and sturdy traits. lets give them in 2 years worth of everyday farming matts, only 5 kuta's.
ZOS" well then the non paying guys gets the gold jewellery and sets, then they will say a bit longer."

To me this is what they are doing. Since PS4 launch I've been playing everyday except for Jan2015 to July2015 when I took a break.Every day in the dungeons and trails I get green, blue and some purple, I've not once received a golden item. I'm on cp 470 currently and can do most vet dungeons with group, solo a couple and I LIKE TO PILLAGE, in other words pick up as much as I can, only later to see white, green and blue with a haze of purple. Gold/yellow is ever eluding me.
I would have loved to test this but am not willing to loose the crafting bag as almost all in there are 1k+. Yepp 2 year of framing, creating new toons just for storage, this bag is a blessing, well I guess then that is about all my subscription gets me, a big crafting bag.
Anyway my believes are my own and even if this is not the case, I'll cry foul. Some players really do get way more that others, doing exactly the same or maybe even less, at the same time even, IN THE SAME DUNGEON.

Still gonna play the game and look for my golden "egg", just love this game to much, to much.
PS: The most valuable thing I've ever got was last week, a celestial motif piece for chest(purple), sold in trader guild for 69999gold.
