    Did you spam focused aim?

@Wollust Lmao! Bruh, that's exactly what I'm thinking to myself. He had to have been spamming focused aim and or light attacks. He had to. Otherwise a group wouldn't suddenly just change-up midway and give him the boot. It doesn't add up. :D

@Mojmir most of the inexperienced bow users I've met play in first-person-view, it's why they never notice 3-4 adds hitting them from the sides and behind while they take aim at 1 mob across the room. I usually fix that by throwing 1-2 spears at the bow user ...if he doesn't get the hint, I let the team wipe and explain things as kind and diplomatic as possible, to try to encourage him to change to 3rd person view :p

@TERMINAT0R_XVII healers have some skills that require to be has to be targeted and casted in specific direction or at players to work. So the healer has to cast stuff for the rest of the team, then turn around and target at the bow user (while not being able to see the boss and it's attacks, because they have physically moved their characters direction around to find and catch the bow user).

    Restoration staff skills:
Regeneration and it's morphs 28 meter radius, but don't save you in all situations, it's a HoT.
Healing Springs 28 meter radius - but has to be targeted on ground first.
Combat Prayer 20 meter radius, hits in a cone and must be targeted at the players to hit them.

    Alliance War skills:
War Horn and it's morphs 20 meter radius.
Barrier and it's morphs 12 meter radius.
Purge and it's morphs 12 meter radius.
Guard 15 meter radius - its morphs have 8 meter radius.

    Templar skills:
    Repentance 12 meter radius.
Breath of Life 28 meter radius. Is not spammable, it has a high resource cost.
Blazing Spears/ Luminous Shards 28 meter radius - but has to be targeted on ground first.
Rite of Passage morphs: Remembrance 20 meter radius - Practiced Incantation 12 meter radius.
Cleansing Ritual and both it's morphs have a 12 meter radius.

Some bosses take random aggro on a group member, and if the player runs from it the boss becomes untauntable and only chases that running player. If the player runs too far away, the boss will be reset and all progress on it will be lost.

It is just less complicated to stay close to your team, than to stay at distance from the healer and tank when you do a dungeon. Specially with tank-healers who do both roles and run in groups with 3 DD's, it's close to impossible to support someone who stays too far away from the boss and you get much more benefits in terms of resource support, synergies & buffs.

Wait a sec...let me get this straight...80% of peeps in here keep saying that they would be mad, they would kick, or they would counsel angrily...but those same people use one of their excuses as not being behind your healer? Really? Need instruction on healing? Ok here's some tips. If ur not a templar GTFO. next tip slot BOL, spear, mutagen, extended ritual, RD, blue balls. Stack regen...next and biggest tip? Dont *** let ur people die... You do that By watching health bars on group UI. Congratulations...ur a healer

That was somewhat satire based information, as templars being the best healers only matters in trials...any class can heal to the effective r required for any instance and any hardmode...

Not much different than DPS...any class and any weapon can pull the damage required EVEN FOR SPEED RUNS DEATHLESS CHALLENGES...funny how in one post we bashd the guy using a bow but bashed all players who hide behind healers...why be mad at a player for being behind you? Oh...maybe not a templar trying to heal with combat prayer or healing springs? Ur doing it wrong on any class if using springs of combat prayer (unless strictly for buffs) or springs in a four man dungeon...WRONG...springs and combat are meant for RAID environments...get over yourself

Also, if ur pulling 15k in any instance you are absolutely fine. Even for hardmode/ speedrun achievements.

ONLY TIME DPS OF 50K IS NEEDED IS TRIALS WHERE YOUR SPEED AND SCORE EFFECT LOOT....all yall need to L2P

Yeah he tired to be clever and witty but it just came out as a bunch of nonsense.

I played PVP a lot but not so much any more so now I PVE. I have not changed my build and I know my DPS is no where near optimal. One of the first PVE things I did was arena where someone was giving me crap for having 16K health, with food buff. Funny that I didn't die once, he died about four times, and I was doing more DPS, and I learned the mechanics quick enough to know who to target to avoid our group being overwhelmed (sacrifices in Daedra arena). In dungeons I have only pug so far, and I don't always have the highest damage but two out of the seven I've done, my team wiped and I had to finish the boss solo; once still at 85%! In Trials, I listen and focus and do just fine, even if my DPS isn't the best. Still usually last to die in wipes.

So I may have been put with really bad players, but I'm having fun. and I figure staying alive equals more DPS than dying.

And I use the dreaded Bow/2H

I personally don't really condone kicking for using a bow.

That said, I understand why some people do it. Bow gets a bad rep due to a combination of two things. First, Bow seems to be the weapon of choice for new players coming to the game from single-player Elder Scrolls land. Second, it is also happens the weakest primary weapon in ESO.

People don't want to waste their time, and the easiest way to pick out a DPS that isn't going to carry their weight is if they are using a the bow as their primary weapon and if they light frequently(bow light attacking is the horrible dps stereotype atm.) If you do anything more than back bar bow for dots you will probably find yourself being kicked from groups. That is just how it is until ZOS does some bow balancing.
