Getting a large collection of monster shoulder pieces but no helms GRRRRRR

I love the fact that you can now solo some of the public dungeons which has opened up the undaunted quest line for me which has been great as I have had some bad experiences in groups. I don’t have a lot of spare time to play so even though I have been playing since the start I would only rate myself an average player at best and have only recently started doing the public dungeons.
The problem I have is that I now have 9 shoulder pieces but can’t get the head pieces without completing the veteran dungeon quests as I am not good enough to do them solo, I have tried quit a few times.
Not everyone wants to be part of a group and as I have said I have had some bad experiences in groups so I even play solo in pvp.
I have been told that I just need better gear but can’t get that without grouping which I really don’t want to do or most of the time do not have the time to do as I normally only play for an hour at a time.
It seems crazy to me that the undaunted chests only have shoulder pieces as this forces average and below average players to group which is not something everyone wants to do.
I also do not see the point of making items bound to you as you end up with good gear that you already have that you can’t sell in the guilds.
Please ESSO make this game more solo friendly so that I can match up my monster sets and sell the ones that I don’t want.

This is due to the fact you are playing normal mode dungeons.

Start grouping, this is an MMO - social game.

Nice troll attempt, but have seen better ones, 5/10.

Btw to get your favorite shoulders in your favorite trait is - even with 200+ keys - much more of an issue as getting your favorite monster helm nowadays.

I agree with bound items being bad though but only the dungeon sets. I don't mind monster helms being tradeable to party members only and I wish shoulders could be traded to party members too

Have u tried equiping BOTH shoulders? You would get your 2pc set bonus. So, just farm some left shoulder pieces.

Better yet, take the shoulders to a crafting station decon it for mats then make yourself a monster helm

When i started playing this game i was looking forward to grouping with other players but while i have met some great people there is also a lot of egotistical big mouths that get off on being abusive and sarcastic. I play this game for fun and putting up with players who are maybe good but defiantly have an ego problem is not my idea of fun. While I would love to have a small group to play regularly with this would be difficult as I have not got a lot of time to play.
As for it is crazy to play a MMO game and not want to group, why?. I play solo in PVP but am still part of a team (AD) and the PVP is the main reason why i play this game.

Just do a random a day on Vet mode and go meet people. If you're finding that everyone is a bad person then......

How are you getting keys from public dungeons? I thought the pledges only send you to group dungeons.

How are you getting keys from public dungeons? I thought the pledges only send you to group dungeons.

Ok i got that mixed up but some group dungeons are now for solo also, and my point is still valid, i wish i had never made this post it is turning out to be hard work

You can solo several normal pledges with no problem.

I don't think that you get the head pieces on normal pledges as i think that i have done a couple off them and got shoulder pieces though i could be wrong.

Everyone makes their choices. You could have hooked up with some of the players you enjoyed, joined their guild. Just because you chose to go solo in an MMO does not mean the game needs to be nerfed for you.

Choice always has consequences. Good and bad, but consequences.

It's crazy because you're complaining about not being able to receive a reward (monster helm) from group content as a solo player.

Sure you can play solo, but don't expect to get stuff that was designed for those who work in groups.

If you are a PvPer I'm sure you have enough alliance points to buy your desired impen monster helm when it comes eventually from the weekend vendor

It's not a great solution, but like others have said, check the PvP vendor every weekend. Best part is the helms that are for sale come ready made with the best traits.

This will be my last comment on this subject, I expressed an opinion on what i would like to see in the game nothing more than that. As i have been a paid subscriber from the start until recently i figure that entitles me to an opinion. If your opinion is different from mine then that is ok by me. Sorry if my opinion has offended anyone but it is after all just an opinion from someone who has spent a lot of money supporting this game.

As was already told, stop complaining OP but group with people, get in social guild, gain and offer some trust and make yourself comfortable with friendly players. Easy games are boring games.

While doing fast run veteran Fungal Grotto you will get monster Kra'gh helm in 10 minutes and can repeat the runs multiple times to get the proper version helm accoring to your needs.
Recently I did with guildies 10 runs ina row in v.Fungal Grotto getting 10 monster helms... without shoulders .

Here's the problem.
Being a paid subscriber and or spending any amounts of money DO NOT elevate you or anyone else opinion or feedback on the game. You or anyone is not entitled as well based on being a subscriber or any amounts of money spent.

Not to hijack the thread or anything, but is there a vendor that sells some monster helms or did that get taken out of the game? If so, where does this vendor appear?

I just want to throw this out there as well. If all you do is solo, you don't really NEED a monster helm and shoulder set anyway. BiS stuff is barely even needed in group play come to think of it. If it's for pvp, just buy from the vendor.

if you PvP simply buy the Helms you want when the vendor sells them. You are the type of player they added that vendor for in the first place. And if you want to earn your helm by doing dungeons instead, just que up for Group Finder and do them. I did 6 pledges yesterday across 3 toons in less then 1 hr 45 mins by using group finder. And not a single person was in group chat to discuss anything. Most dungeons are so easy you do not even need to communicate to blow though them quickly.....as long as people are fulfilling their roles

There is a vendor, some Khajiit called the Golden. She spawns in Cyrodiil in one of your alliance gates, during weekends.
