Sir, as a avid PvPer, I do humbly disagree.

The evidence is only supported by a thousand threads of saved hate whispers from PvP land . I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure this could be a scientific law if ran through the proper channels . I'm just pointing at the biggest salt mine .

If achievements translated to the forums, I'd have a lot more achievementsHey, did you guys know there's an achievement for Feeding the Trolls!
The feigned ignorance professed by the OP is a metaphorical feed pile, but I don't think the achievement translates to the forums.

You search for group in /say? Use /zone.I can't understand why some players can't ignore the ones who want to rp. If they really bother someone that much, whisper them, ask them to group so their chat is private, or say you have a quest and you'll be gone as soon as you finish, then leave them alone. If they won't let you do what you have to for a quest or to get to the bank or trader or whatever, then you can report them.
I don't get it how someone's rp can bother anyone, tbh.
To me it's like spam. Filling up the chat screen when I'm looking for a WB group in Kvatch. You type arena and then there's a wall of purple emote text followed by a wall of white say text. Can't get into the group because text doesn't stay on the screen long enough.

Are you looking for someone to RP Leonardo Dicaprio?

No, I'm talking about the space in the chat box. It fills up/goes by too fast when RPers take over an area.

Even if it was "just nearby" that is a noisy emote and you were probably very well aware it would be annoying to those playing there. It's pretty disingenuous to claim otherwise. Imagine you are trying to have a conversation with a friend and someone's kid is throwing a temper tantrum 2 feet away from you and their parent refuses to do anything about it. And since it's a little kid, YOU can't do anything about it either. So you are forced to leave. Imagine this happens to you, no matter where you are, every time you try to talk to any of your friends. That's what roleplayers get every single time they log in. After awhile you really start hating those people. The number one reason there has been a demand for player housing is simply so rolepayers have a place to go do their thing WITHOUT being harassed continuously by other players.
And THAT is why roleplayers are "so sensitive and mad."

So by this logic of being noisy around other players violating the TOS then I should report everyone that spams spells around the best guild traders? They mess up my shopping and cause lag, so I should report them for annoying me because we're occupying the same space and time?
The world is the world, it's not catered to you and your friends...this applies to online worlds as well. If you don't like the world and the kids disrupting your conversation then stay in your house (your own private space in the world) which you will be able to do in ESO as well eventually.
Was the OP a ***? Yes but he should have every right to hammer wherever he wants in the game that he too has paid for.

I find the RP player crowd which is an ultra minority in this game to be a completely toxic and asinine group of the population.
For example, I was juggling fireballs with a jester costume on stage in the Wayrest tavern. All of a sudden I get whispers from one that I'm harassing his group, etc. Same thing you got.
Here's a question.... What about MY immersion?
If my character is a flame juggling jester trying to work for tips then that is my agenda. Who gives them the right to dictate to everyone to play conforming exactly to their realities and needs. Stuff like that makes me want to go out of my way to disrupt them.
I can't wait for housing to come out so they can get out of our hair with their special snowflake sensitivity.
Hammer away OP!

I rest my case. Exactly the toxic trollish insults I would expect from an RPer.
In real life there are millions of people around you who are on their own way doing their own thing. You can't expect everyone to accommodate your little needs all the time.
Your aggressive reply perfectly illustrates my point.
