Getting kicked out of random normal dungeon with no penalty is getting ridiculous

I got kicked out of a dungeon for the first time a few days ago, on my lvl 27 tank alt. I had enough time to port to the dungeon, use the portal to get to the boss where they were stuck (first one), and out I went.

They did me a favor, of course. I would have stuck it out, but the healer left right after I joined, and then the one dps started a vote to kick the other. The best part was that the two dps were lvl 21 and lvl 23.

This was normal Wayrest Sewers I. Fifteen minutes later I was successfully tanking Banished Cells II complete with a Stamplar who queued as healer and apparently thought that Cleansing Ritual was the only heal he ever needed. We breezed through.

I don't mind being kicked. The wait time is the frustration.

The added bonus for which you get kicked too: making fun of high cp players who don't even know mechanics for normal II dungeons or die multiple time on the first few trash packs.

I've suffered the new aspect of this problem recently. The high CP PUGs in normal dungeons, who farm gear and kick any not 50lvl 160CP players, because they cannot share 160CP armor with them. That's just silly. And timer, of course.
And I don't care if somebody have this nasty add-on allowing people to see what gear I've picked up from bosses. It is not their business.
