Ah that is true. But I guess it's all or nothing as far as that system goes. The other way would be terrible too, accidently deleting something like that without the system.

That exists for everything of a certain quality or above (I think purple or better). It exists because people complain mightily when they accidentally destroy things that they didn't mean to destroy.

it only exists for those AFAIK(Anything that might be tagged as crown store)--- because gear and recipes and such are destroy-able with a single click(I know, i've done it as recently as 2 min ago lol)

Only has the tag on the most common, in every-bloody plunder-skull and/or every 2nd undaunted chest motifs/recipes.

lol I remember some time ago on the forums there was a thread where someone was complaining that he had "accidentally" deleted a character. This was after they had introduced the feature where you can only delete a character by clicking on delete and then going past a warning popup telling you that you'll permanently lose anything on that character, that you should put stuff you want to keep in your bank first, etc. and typing DELETE in a dialogue box. And this guy insisted that it was ZOS's fault and that they shouldn't have let him delete the character without an extra step to confirm it again.

There's no such thing as idiot proof, because somewhere out there there's always a bigger idiot than you could possibly anticipate.

Using this addon to bind destroying an item to a key will destroy it without message. I usually bind it to DEL (ENTF on german keyboard). One of the most useful addons out there!

You can lock items you don't want to decon.....
