My Character is Leveling Down Instead of Up

To be honest man, i'Ve never ever compared my lvl toon with my passed lvl 50+ since i always level my toons with pruple lvl 1 gear up to 50, then switch to my already collected cp160 stuff or craft new ones.... never compared and never wasted my time too to be honest, as i always thought leveling toon now with CP and with One Tamriel makes us way overpowered at 50- and makes it non-sens. I presume you would like to go back as before, no cps, and mobs not scaling to you You would then feel the power coming in your when reaching 50+ and see the difference you are looking for.

So many set crafting stations in the world, and no one will ever use them - at one point I guess they were deemed useful? Sets I haven't even heard of because almost everyone runs the same ones, over and over again. A missed opportunity, I'd say...
