@ZOS - DLC WRIT SURVEYS BUT NO DLC ? LOL

Question for anyone that knows or @ZOS_GinaBruno Was this an intended thing that someone does a Writ & gets a Writ Survey for a DLC location but they dont have the DLC, so how would they even go about getting the dang survey? , If it wasn't intended and is a glitch, then is it gonna be fixed any time soon and what should we do in the meantime besides putting a Ticket in to customer service. Thanks again for the information and help

✭Unfortunately this is intended behavior the DLC is REQUIRED to do max level surveys they designed it this way on purpose... the only hope your friend has is to get the DLC or respec and only put nine points into each crafting tree (24 hour waiting period for it to adjust).

Yes this is the only way to get the non DLC surveys. also subtract one from alchemy cooking and enchanting if you want to do those writs. the problem is that it will be a pain to craft stuff for yourself since you will have to re add the point for top stuff which will trigger the DLC only writs again and respecs aren't cheap...PS4 NA

But while we're on the subject of writs...- We can pick up writs in any zone.
- Writ surveys can send us to any zone.
- Zone and crafting levels have been fully decoupled.
- But writs can only be delivered in certain zones.
It makes absolutely no sense. And now it means that the writ delivery station in Wrothgar will never be used again, ever.
