    Playing in EU and ran into the same issue. First I changed it back to NA then EU and now its fixed somehow.

    Switching to Live-EU and just waiting at login screen several minutes finally worked for me.

    Gina posted it's about to change to Live-EU and close the game and launcher and wait few minutes, but it does not work for me actually.

    Ok, next problem - after check you character and press logg-in it stuck at "requesting character load..." solved

    I had the same issue and i had to change the servers multiple times in the game before it worked

    When you click on EU at the login screen, just wait at that screen until you see the MOTD switch to reference EU. When we tried it here, it took about 3-4 minutes.

    currently sat on loin screeb waiting to see if it changes, also my LiveEU folder if now empty as all my addons/ screenshots have moved to the Live folder and I've never played on NA server despite launcher claiming i've played on both lol

    update: nope still getting sent to NA server, also getting sent access code email everytime :(

    I find that happens the first time I try to log in after almost every major update. Sometimes it'll boot me for inactivity while I'm still waiting for my character to load. The second time I try to log in to a character (any character - not necessarily the same one I was trying to log in to before) after a major update it's typically fine.

    I regained access to my characters using the server toggling method, but then found that all my mods were missing. I copied them from where they had been archived to the liveeu folder and started the game again...and I've had to toggle the servers again. It looks as though we have to do that every time we start the game.

    Same. I moved them into the relevant folder from the archived one and then I couldn't get back on EU.

    However, waiting a little and poking around in settings while I waited - hitting 'credits' then clicking out of that seemed to work and the text said EU megaserver. Mods all vanished again.

    waiting works. but then I relog and I have to wait again...

    So unhappy with having to rework the whole game... and having to hope the game swiches me to eu were I want to be...

    I logged in, all was good. The game crashed then I got into all sorts of screens, wrong server... addons scrambles, sound way to hard.

    Zos... pretty please never do this again...

    and I have time to rant, cause the game is still on NA while I type this... might become a long post this way...

    hmm what did I have for dinner... what shall I do with my hair tomorrow.... *yawns, peeks* still NA....

    Nope - on relog the servers always set to NA.
    What really helps is selection again like:

    1. Launch patcher.
    2. On Log-in screen BEFORE typing password do the following:
    3. Click on Server - select Live + click on Accept.
    4. Again click on Server select Live-EU + click on Accept.
    5. Type password and login - voila all the characters and EU servers with no waiting....

    Looks like NA servers hardcoded in the patcher :neutral:

    For the access code make sure you have the house selected for Trusted Machine. That used to happen to me because I had the Lock selected for untrusted.

    How? Every time I launch, I only see PC NA on the left side of the launcher (with PTS under it).
