I just tried to log in on the EU server and what i'm met with is character creation screen immediately!

What is this?

    Are you sure you selected Live - EU and not Live?

    did you select Live instead of Live EU as your server ?

    It sounds as though you have logged in on the wrong server.

    Go back to login. Before you login, click on the option on the left that says "Server". Select Live (EU). Then log in.

    Would it have killed ZOS to send an email to people detailing these changes to login procedure? I knew about it because I am on the forums more than is good for me, and I use the PTS. But if people are here not knowing how to log on now it has changed, there could right now be thousands not knowing what is going on - would it not have been a good idea to send an email to players detailing the new login/server selection method?

    Yes. Also tried to look at UserSettings.txt and tried to mess with
    SET SelectedServer "0"
    to no avail.

    I'm having the same problem - I selected EU and it logged me into the US server and presented me with my 1 and only US character.

    The first time I thought it was because I started the game and selected my server before the servers were online, so I assumed when I restarted (after they came online) it had defaulted back to NA.

    So I restarted, checked it definitely said Live-EU and not just Live on the login screen and tried again. I still ended up with my NA character and not my EU ones.

    Same stuff here, managed to see my toons once. Then quit the game and again don't see any. And yes, I did select EU!
