There are some people that I can't even target because they can spin there camera twice as fast as me but I still prefer sitting on a recliner and dying more often then being uncomfortable

For anyone using gamepad on pc, I highly recommend opening up the usersettings file and adjusting the gamepad sensitivity.
look in file:
"...\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\UserSettings.txt"
search for settings:
"SET GamepadSensitivityFirstPerson.2"
"SET GamepadSensitivityThirdPerson.2"
change the values in quotes to:
"2.00000000" (or less if you prefer)
now you will be able to target a hell of a lot faster. You're welcome!
I generally like my camera being sensitive enough to be able to jump and then do a full 360 spin before landing.
