I like the part where you're out of resources the whole video. Is there any other class you see that on and don't immediately question the skill/build of the player in question? For mDK that's just business as usual and it makes me sad. Can't even fully benefit from the sun set because you have to run bats both for healing and a chance at returning some resources without needing 200 ulti, its sad really.

Mag Dk is where most classes should be, build for burst or regen you have to sacrifice something.

I feel ya Leo, its getting very difficult to tolerate playing mDK, I made one of mine a stam last night and hated every minute it but the kills come so much easier. On the plus side, you drop even more banners with heroic slash!

You are talking about one of the best mDK's, I'm sure even he has hours of clips of getting completely rekt in situations where any other spec would have won, but who wants to see a video of someone getting killed over and over?

You need to rewatch, he's not alone most of the video, even if he's ungrouped there are friendlies nearby. That's not to take away from what he's doing because its bananas, but he's playing in the top .01% of players and he's still gasping for resources, against terrible players at that.

If he were on a magplar, for example, at his skill level, he'd be making a lot more videos, ever wonder why we don't get a Vyr Cor video every week like some other players? I'd bet being on mDK and getting dumpstered in situations most classes would survive contributes to it.

Again, we're talking about one of the absolute best players in the game, show me other videos where people are so gassed for resources, despite working as hard to manage them, on any class other than mDK. Let's not forget, you have to give up a ton of burst to even reach the level of sustain he's at.

They're already there except heavy magplar, while stamina is burst+sustain+survivability without any downsides

You are talking about one of the best mDK's, I'm sure even he has hours of clips of getting completely rekt in situations where any other spec would have won, but who wants to see a video of someone getting killed over and over?

I'm sure he has clips of being wrecked, but I think that's a bit of hyperbole that any other spec would have won. It seems to me like mDK is the best at fighting a lot of people in an enclosed space. It's just a different style.

That doesn't matter though. I'm commenting on this video where the player (sometimes completely alone) dominates 10+ people at a time. It shows what is possible with the class when being really really good and facing the right competition (ie bads). I just found it humorous to watch this awesome DK video where he dominates and immediately the comments are all WOE IS DK. DID YOU SEE HOW LOW YOUR RESOURCES WERE WHILE KILLING 15 PEOPLE?!?!

I find magplars very strong as well so I agree there is a chance he would have better footage using that class. Besides blazing shield builds, I don't really expect magplars to play as this guy does where he basically facetanks 10+ people with infrequent (but very well timed) use of LOS.

It's tough to comment on his resource management without knowing his full build, but I think it's honestly the norm on most ESO PVP videos I've watched that the player is living on the edge of out of resources at all times.

Again, awesome video and it looks like he is very very skilled. I just found it odd that in thread where the mDK is dominating that all some people could do is point out mDK deficiencies

That you still have to have Shuffle on your bar is just ridiculous. I don't blame you, I blame the meta. (and I see it also synergizes with your Tava's)

I have a million "me getting rekt" clips on my mDK. SO many "they have 100 health right as I die" clips. Maybe I'll make a rekt video.
