I still do, sometimes mix it up but on Azura's that's what I run.
That sort of set up is balanced but feels solid, when I was stamina running around in Vipers the whole game became a joke.

Damage proc sets need to work off a shared global CD or something.

One alone isn't bad, but you can wear three. And it's terrible.

The problem is that it only seems to be getting worse with the upcoming patch.

Wait until you see LoS ignoring mortar volleys from anyone with a damage shield.
