Training trait impprovement suggestion

Hello guys!

I was talking with some friends the other day and a lot of us were complaining about getting gear drops with the training trait on it.

I believe that everyone don't use them once you hit CP levels so I was thinking in some way to make those items at least "usables" instead of the junk they are now.

I think it would be nice if the items that are found/crafted with that trait will have no lvl restrictions and will scale in power to the characters level that it's wearing it until the CP limit in which it was found/crafted.

I think it would be very cool to be able to lvl an alt wearing a monster set or another set that we might find useful in early game.

What are your thoughts about it?

So basically complete a gold cp160 gear setup with only training, and use it from level 1 to level 50?

I can't help but wonder how much lowbies would buy this kind of thing. That would also annihilates all gear progression (except for jewelry) all the way up to the cap.

As much as I'd like to see Training actually have some use (it could give XP for everything, not just monster kills), I don't think this is the best idea, but props for trying.

When ppl are grinding new alts they already do that, but they craft more than one set of gear. It already happens, the only problem is that you can't use monster gear and droped vet gear. And in those cases the gear is basicaly trash.

As for the gear progression, I understand what you said, but I believe that most of the players that already have a CP character won't go through the story again and will just grind. And new players will not have access to the gear since most of it is BOP. The new players will have to buy crafted versions and this already happen also.

i have a training set of CR160 engine guardian,
My alts vet out before they have maximised their class/weapon/armour/skills
there is a use for the trait in this respect.

no they are not gold,

yes i want training removed from end game gear loot tables,
but while its here & ive got a set ive found a use for it.

Just remove it ans prosperous from cp160 loot. Simple as.

Some people may want to grind cp, but there are more people who don't need training. And crafted set's can cover that.

Training is perfectly fine as it is right now, and it's a fantastic trait for leveling.

The only change I would make is scrub it from max-level drops. But aside from that, there's nothing that needs to change about it.

I agree that it should be removed from CP 160 drop tables along with prosperous. But I doubt it would ever happen.
