Re-style: Most definately! I tend to avoid dropped sets if I can because I'm damn finicky about how I want my character to look.

Re-trait: Only if they made it take a lot to do so. Sometimes you really are damn unlucky with getting the trait you want so it'd be nice if there was an option for those find themselves in such a situation. I just don't want to see an easy mode button on getting all perfect traits.

Yes to restyle, the way it is now if you wanna change the style you have to basically waste your current set, wich is pretty expensive if you have everything golden
Retrait would make the game just too easy and desisions when crafting would be way less important
