[Bug Report] Ancient Remains quest in Elden Hollow: Quest stuck and cannot progress

The first quest objective after getting the Ancient Remains quest in normal Elden Hollow is "Clear a Path to the Altar". Even after clearing a path, this quest objective does not update, and I cannot progress the quest.
Edited by ZOS_Kraken on August 1, 2023 2:36PM - I tried abandoning the quest, resetting the dungeon, etc., and none of that made a difference.
- I've killed every last enemy in the area, and it's still bugged.
- I've tried various variations of kill orders. Killing Akash last after killing the trash, or killing her along with the trash. Killing the Ancient Spriggan in the side room first or not. None of it makes any difference.
- After killing Akash, the door out of the area opens as expected, so I can continue through the dungeon and complete objectives for the pledge quest. But the Ancient Remains story quest is still stuck.
- Eventually, I did get it to work. After about half a dozen attempts, I grouped up with another character who had not done the quest (all the previous attempts were in groups with characters who had already completed the quest--on this attempt, it was a 2-person group with both characters doing the quest), and it finally worked. Not sure if it's just coincidence or if it's related.

This is on the Live server. Haven't tested it on the Update 12 PTS. But this isn't the first time it's happened to me--now that I think about it, I think this happened to me a number of months ago on another character (though that time, it didn't take half a dozen tries to get it unstuck).
