or you remove the possibility of exploiting a buggy door to your benefit by fixing the door. They can't so they removed the door.
To me I can see the "gitguds" really mad about this, but what does this change for you?
You are still going to be able to farm them, just like you can farm a breach, you just don't have the advantage of a half second they can't see or react to you.

It's a good change. Tower farming is a skilless way to get emperor.

Impossible to do when people are taking the flag as your seiging. If you have to get your ap tower farming, now you have to do it from the top level. Door farming was pure cheese. As soon as you go through the door your having multiple people spamming attacks at you. People could farm to emperor just by farming.

What was hard was getting everyone to not flip the flag so you could take the tower down. Personally i would of preferred there be a second flag inside the resource so you had to take the tower down to obtain the resource. Whats the point of having a tower you can siege down when no one ever does it?
This change is personally a good one in my opinion. People will still farm inside the tower and use more movement instead of just farming players at the door. What also is pretty cool is you can now tell your group to jump out and then you can go right back in the resource through the front-door.
So bad pvp resource farmers will be hurting from this change. Groups who are smart and know how to play as a team can still be effective with movement jumping in and out of the tower over and over again.
Great quality of life change for cryodill.
Was a good move to remove doors, how many times were the resources taken before the tower was brought down, how many times was there yelling in chat to get off the flag and nobody did.

More than I like to admit which is where this thread is coming from that instead of learning to play the game and using strategy some players rather just whine and cry at ZoS till they change what they don't like or hate.

You gotta admit though, it was pretty cheese once a good raid was inside and farming. Glad its over. This change will create less lag and more open world fights since guilds gotta do something else now.

Like farm on their other factions friends to boost some one up to emperorship ?

You can't prevent that sadly.
I'm talking about the good raiding guilds (stack on crown groups) who would run between each enemy alliance and camp in Resources between usually 2 pug zergs assaulting/defending keeps. Now guilds will actually have to play the game instead of farming people who are not moving trying to get through a door.

I could copy/paste this phrase and post it in a Shield Breaker topic.

Players are still on about shield breaker ? Set has it's use but over all not that good of a set.

Of course some people are still on about Shield Breaker. It's a black-and-white counter that catered to those that wanted an easy solution "instead of learning to play the game and using strategy". Granted, barely anybody uses it anymore because it's just a waste of a 5th item slot compared to much better sets.
