Yep Dawnbreaker needed an increase. Even 150 wouldn't be unreasonable for how strong it is with incap strike raised to 75 or 100.
There's two other sets that caught my eye in that list but I did note how strong this set would be on a nightblade.

Dawnbreaker is the Fighters Guild Ultimate, how does this affect stamblades more than other stamina builds? Their Incapacitating Strike is still stupidly cheep inexpensive.

Yes and I was pleased they increased the cost without gutting the ability .
