Wait... maybe there's a poison pill with the 2H ult.. what if giving you the target's resist could *decrease* your resist if used against a light armor player? Need testing.

Of course that would require strategic use of your ults, which seems to be too complex for the direction ZOS is going.

Dawnbreaker is the Fighters Guild Ultimate, how does this affect stamblades more than other stamina builds? Their Incapacitating Strike is still stupidly cheep inexpensive.

That's the point, it does not. All stamina class except stamina nightblades and DKs got a nerf here.

There are no former emp bonuses.

The ones who can use it to the max are stamina nightblades with Incapacitating Strike/Soul Harvest. NBs can drop ultimates around every 10-15 secs, so this set will give them equivalent to 600-750 stam regen, but procced stamina returns are not as reliable as true regen

@susmitds Thank you for the correction looks like ima have to use Dragon jewelry and weapons then. Also im going to be using S&B ult scaled at 70 and overload light attack scaled at 30 ult. Stamblades will be super efficient, but they dont use skills to gain ult such as heroic slice and cleave and they use cc fear instead of vamp drain also a ultimate gain. Again just being effective with being efficient is the key to correctly balancing ult gains. As i have been already for the past 3 months been testing gains with my stam sorc tank. Also sure they can drink a pot and use siphoning attacks to gain ult but not constantly keeping ult gains on 1 or 2 or X amout of enemies.

The potion passive returns 20 ult, all siphoning passives return ultimate too. Soul Harvest gives 10 ultimate per kill. NBs have undisputedly the highest ultimate regen in the game.

BTW Overload does not work with this set.

Plus i plan on using The SB ult the most to wear my enemies out of thier meta youtube builds. My 2h ult is just a execute. Plus nobody even thought when you stack that 2h ult on the witch set thats another huge stam health gain becuase you get your ult back. Thus taking no damage for six seconds and always having a full stam bar because your using SB Abilities at no cost. Lol

This is such a stupid idea.

What happened ZoS? You told us you wanted classes to feel unique? But you give everyone the option for battleroar, you give everyone the ability to reflect *** (everything, btw for 6 seconds at only 100 ult), and you give stamina builds ludicrous sets.

Your design is so flawed its comical.

I wonder how they look at their customers, honestly I do. Morons who don't pay attention to what we say and forget everything? Cows they can milk with the cash shop?

I hate this set for the same reason I hated how they changed Dawnbreaker to physical- it leeches off and ruins the unique identity of stam DK. Since stam Dawnbreaker I feel like there's no reason to play a stam DK unless you run a tanky troll build cus it's just so outclassed by stamplar in every single way, whereas before DK at least had the physical burst ulti that gave it an edge. Now they giving everyone battle roar too..so what's the point in playing a stamina dragonknight? @Wrobel

I don't understand how sets get added that are clear copies of class defining skills or passives. This set is going to ruin pvp just like many of the other sets being added. It's so stupid.

This was an older set. Not really new at all. I used to use this set on my nightblade back in the day before I out level. Not really that game changing. Doubt it will work with overload since it does not work with the lamia set that does the same thing.

I think the issue is it being cp160 means the resources it returns is very high and with low costing ults like incap strike which a NB can keep up almost every 10 seconds the issue is how do you run them out of stamina or health? Between this set, siphoning strikes, potions, etc. a NB will have zero resource worries and doesn't even need to worry about anything but max stats and dmg. Which is worse than before because at least heal debuffs could slow them down.

People are not freaking out on the set, they are freaking out on creative builds we are coming up with incuding mine. To counter meta heavy armour stupid blazing shield, VD bombers, or the endless amount mag "super healer" build temps or "super tanks" dk with black rose and malubeth that just like to hold block in pvp and gain ultimate and pop dragon leap and execute. Any of that stupid crap wont fly anymore with the build i came up with for this set. Thier is always a counter to builds in pvp, people need to stop relying on streamers to tell them whats OP or the meta. Im 100% against people who like to spam easy $hit aka cheese builds/troll builds or what ever is on the most popular youtube channel ar the time. I spend countless amount of hours looking at gear, and thier are 5 or 6 sets that would be effective if they where cp160. And its happening this patch incuding new others. I play to have fun and look for counter builds for those super tanky dks, temps that everybody is running. Lets be different and excited for a change please.

If its broken with OL i agree they should balance that. But thats not going to stop me from making my build 5 days ago when i came up with it. Wont use OL but can see who the exploit players are and get no respect.

But i guess i would hate to if i had no creative aspect to the game we all love to play. The people running meta builds are the people who are upset. Cant wait to see them in pvp its going to be fun...
