Ok ZoS, please explain the enchanting survey 1 for Glenumbra

Why is it every single other Crafting Map I get I can run 10 feet away and walk back and it pops...Yet this bloody map..I can run a freakin mile away and it won't repop...in fact its bloody faster to take the time to LOG out of the character and log back in then it is to run far enough away and run back with this map.
In fact...I can run to Trapjaw; run up above him to that sunken ship and run back..and that Survey will still haven't popped....

Did you take all of the resources (not leaving anything behind intentionally or not) the last time.
I have found this occur in various places, but not all, and it was happening whenever I left high ore behind but just took the iron ore which is what I wanted. Just saying...
Another time I couldn't understand why there was no respawn as you describe in a site that works only to find that I still had my map in the wrapper instead of in my inventory as a consumable. SMH

As I mentioned earlier, I've only ever found 5 nodes at that survey, whereas all the other alliance-zone enchanting surveys, including the other starter-zone ones in Auridon and Stonefalls, have 6 nodes. It's been a while since I've done a starter zone survey, but back when I did, I remember scouring that place trying to find--but never finding--the 6th node. I eventually gave up and just assumed that ZOS overlooked something and spawned only 5 nodes.
But what if the survey spawned 6, but the 6th was either very well-hidden or had spawned incorrectly (e.g., inside a landscape feature)?
