You actually think it will be cheaper from a crown box? We will be lucky if it is a 1% chance for a limited item. Even with a 10% chance, that is a 1 in 10 chance. So you may have to spend 4000 crowns to get one limited item at 400 crowns per box. The limited item may not be this item or one you want. That is still more expensive than the 3500 mount you bought .....

I tried this out with a Malacath staff for a very tribal shaman look. Looked very interest on my Argonian.

I think its quite well done. Looks good on both sexes. I always hide helmets so that isn't an issue for me. Here are a few quick pics. It is nighttime in the game though.









The ropes around the waist and hips sits above the leather/cloth material and doesn't look painted on. The shoulder and arm guards are close enough they don't look like they are floating. The female halter top around the neck does look a bit painted on or flat but the bra itself is well done.

But that's not how probability works. It isn't once chance in 10, but rather a 10% chance in each of ten tries. That's a very different number. To determine the likelihood of winning 1 time in 10 at a 10% chance, you would need to use an inverted Bernoulli Process.

The percentage chance of winning once in ten tries (assuming all things being equal like an equal chance of getting the costume against all other possible outcomes) would be approximately 0.0108%.

Yeah. This is why Vegas loves people who don't understand probability.

I don't gamble as the odds are in the favor of the house regardless of the percentage. Sorry if the math is off and not being a proficient in math as you are. I was putting it into basic terms for simplicity.

The point was it will not be cheaper buying crown boxes for this item versus purchasing it outright regardless of the correct equation or the percentage of chances.

I agree the odds will be way lower as you stated. I just used 1 in 10 as an example to show the excessive cost versus the purchase price. People can multiply the variables and figure out how bad the odds will be at 0.0108% if the RNG odds are actually that good. I doubt they will be.

1500 Crowns for this costume. That's $14.99. The costume really should be 500 Crowns. You can't charge for something thinking your product is Louis Vuitton, when it really is H&M quality.

I bought it, I think it's pretty awesome. About time we get some better male costumes. I knew full well from PTS that I would NEVER wear it with the helmet, without the helmet it ROCKS. Besides that, they've already said they cannot create 'moving' animations because of the game engine, which is why we don't have cloaks and capes.

Bruh, tabards move when you run and jump and all that. Your whole point is invalid. It's just laziness on their behalf.

I'm a perfectionist and an animation artist. It's just extremely poorly done . It's like they just push stuff out just to get a bigger paycheck.. two minutes after I bought it I regret it right away. Should have spent my saved crowns for something else with more thought and detail put into it. Looked great on the advertising photos they put out and looked decent in the preview. But up close nooooooope. But hopefully you'll like it!

To each their own. I think its a great costume. It has a lot of detail and actually fits the female body without the weird widening you see on the Sand-kissed ensemble.

+1 .... but I am a male. I am wearing the costume minus the helmet. I typically don't wear helmets regardless of the armor or costume i have equipped .....

I LOVE it. I needed something not fluffy and on the darker side. I hope they bring out more darker choices in the future. I don't need any more silly dresses.

I liked it. and yes PREVIEW worked for me. Not sure why someone else couldnt get it to work...There are harder mechanics in ESO you know.

As for the feathers on top... I do admit that the quality is overwhelming poor. It does not look like feathers unless if you look extremely careful up and close.

Looks much better without it. But I think the helmet is the point of the costume. Wish it was designed better or just replaced with a design that works

Gee, and here I thought the point of the costume was to finally have a costume that's fully bare-chested... at least that is what I think is the point of the costume and the reason I bought it.

Exactly why I bought it as well.

If you don't like the helmet, you can always either not have it show or wear a different headpiece. The 'kiss-me-not' hat doesn't look too bad with it.

The only thing I don't like about the costume is the way the feathers are (I agree, the need a tiny bit of bounce as it makes it look kind of odd). That said, no regrets on buying this one.

The costume isn't as bad when I hide the helmet. I noticed the breeches is an exact copy of the 'Ashlander Mabrigash Hunt Clothes'. What a good way to reuse an asset, eh?

Yes they are totally making bank. Which is why they're trying to introduce more stuff to make money because people don't subscribe to the game as you can see on the forums with everybody whining that they don't like things and they're going to pay for the game.

EDIT: If you can't add movement to certain things such as costumes/headpieces/hairstyles, then don't add those styles at all if you know they won't look good or look natural. I expected the headpiece to atleast move like the ingame ponytails does.

EDIT 2: It's apparently supposed to be feathers.. Like where did your staff get their animation degree from? For rrrrreals

the only reason they brought out this horrible costume was to show as much uncovered flesh as possible, thus allowing people to show off the Amberplasm Skin effect...along with "hide helmet" which just blows chunks
