Those faction logos are annoying and most people turn them off as it's not too hard to know who the enemy is.

What? Who turns that off? I've even seen some people turn THEIR OWN FACTION logo on. Now that, I don't get it lol!

@TipsyDrow I think that snare removal/immunity on wings is too OP. Don't get me wrong, my main was a Magdk and I know they can use help in mobility, but putting it on one of their best skill (skill that they already buffed to 6 sec from 4 sec couple patch ago) is kinda bs... I would have put that buff into Igneous shield instead.

As for Templars .... ABOUT TIME! It was the only class that didn't have a proper armor buff. WWs? Major fracture, major brutality, howl cost decrease, can now rez/siege in WW form and skills will morph faster. I've always said WW was strong, now tho, they'll be terrifying!

As for sloads, don't forget it's now a projectile so it can be dodged and reflected. Also it wont proc off sieges anymore. I'm pretty happy with the nerf. Also happy about the catapult nerfed to 4.5 sec from 8 and siege shield will now cut siege dmg by 50%. People better start using them more!

Please. Get off your high horse.
Every faction zergs. Including EP. Or was I just imagining things when 40-60 EP came to Aleswell to wipe a group half their size? No, that was just 2 days ago.
Two of the last 3 days, when I've gone into Kyne, DC has not owned its own emp keeps. Today for a change, AD owned Rayles and DC owned Ash. EP owned all of its territory and then some.
Yes, there are currently some DC players who run up the score and grab scrolls. What do you expect other DC players to do about that?
Furthermore, if you care about campaign score (which your posts suggest you do), then either your group is participating in the large scale fights that move score in prime time (in which case welcome to the zerg), or if not, you don't really seem to have an argument beyond wanting a better score without doing any of the things that support it.
Yes, campaign score is probably overly dominated by small groups that play off-hours. This problem isn't unique to Kyne, and I haven't seen a good solution.

Whoa, why are you coming at me all aggressive implying I am presenting some argument for you to come here and rebut??

I repeat: Zerging and zerg surfing is lame and lazy gameplay no matter who does it, no matter what PvP game it is. This is my long-held opinion and I don't think it's one held by me alone.

Whatever else you are on about I do not care. You assume much, and we all know what they say about that.

@Enkil I'm really confused by what your saying here. You get mad at people saying pugs, then you say you will pick them up and help them, but then you talk about zergs being lame. Since when is picking up people in zone to form a group and push objectives not pug zerging.

It is stupid to say zerging is lame and then complain about the campaign. That's how you flip keeps and get your score boosted. Not a bunch of 1vx wannabes flipping resources and never pushing anything.

    What Datthaw said.

One of my other points was that in U.S primetime, for the last few campaign cycles, DC has not had a population advantage, or really a territory advantage. DC has had a score advantage but that primarily comes from off-hours players.
If you don't care about the final campaign score results, and play in primetime, then honestly I'm not sure where your complaints are coming from. You should be able to get in decent fights at multiple scales and at multiple locations.

I logged in on AD at about that time to feed my horse, saw we were gate camped, headed out alone (literally no one else around) to get some resources and was insta ganked by a small group of DC before I even got to the gate. Fun times.

That sucks. It destroys campaigns for a while. The worst part is there are people who come on the forums and actually encourage this "playstyle". Such a bummer.

Gate-campers are the lowest of the low. They tend to be mid-tier players that normally can’t even 1v1, but are really good at 5v1 with all of the scroll and emp buffs. All you can really do in that scenario is call for help, avoid them, or log off, cuz all they want is easy wins.

    Zerging:
30players to capture an undefneded outpost so some don’t even get a hit in on guards
18 people to take farm, then lm, then mine.
“Hey, BRK is under attack by 10 AD at FD”. 30 EP respond and steamroll them.

    Wiser/More fun:
10 people each smaller group go after 3 different objectives simultaneously
6 each go after all 3 resources same time.
“Hey, BRK is under attack by 10 AD at FD” 5-10 EP respond and the rest continue whatever offense they were working on.

Go Pug zerg (as you call it) all you want but it’s pretty hard to maintain that it is the only way to accomplish objectives or get a decent score.

DC usually has multiple medium groups doing different things but coordinating to some extent.

Some of them even have.... gasp... pugs in em.

Zerging one place together is usually when we ran out of options, not the default.

Ah. I think I understand now. You’re expecting organization in the “newbie” campaign beyond what is even reasonable to expect in a vet campaign. When someone calls out “10 AD FD Sej”, you want 10 EP to respond, when in reality anywhere from 0 to 50 or more will, depending on the individual player whims. When you’re soloing or small manning, you only want to encounter other soloers and small man groups, when in reality you’re going to occasionally get run over by 20 or more. 30 DC are going to hit Bleakers because, well, it’s Bleakers, plus you never know how many defenders you’re gonna get until you start attacking. In addition, Kyne has much less organization than any vet campaign, so you’re never going to see your preferred level of efficiency here.

Also, your definition of wisdom and fun may not match up with others’ definition. Is it “wise” for 10 to go to Nikel, when they could easily be overwhelmed by 30 defenders porting in? Is it “fun” for everyone involved if 6 newbie players try to take a level 5 resource and get wiped by the NPCs over and over again?
