Apologizing to ZOS after being educated from ESO LIVE 8/12

I have never raged nor insulted ZOS employees etc. I do however judge them by how well they do compared to their competitors and similar situations. Bugs, crashes, etc happen in all MMOs. How many, how severe, and how they are handled is what can be different between the various producers.

Nothing more then my opinion but I have found ZOS to be sub-par in comparison to other main stream MMOs. Waiting months to implement fixes "with next DLC" etc is poor, especially some of the more serious bugs. Weeks for console players to even go to Orsinium as an example is sub-par. Simply from my point of view they handle the bugs, design flaws, PTS poorer then their competitors

Would you apologize to the waiter if your steak comes back undercooked?

Nonetheless, your steak is still undercooked, therefore we still have a problem :P

i don't often complain about zos (its very seldom), but when I do I definitely stand by my statements.

rng and dropped item traits I will defend those complaints with my dying breath.

I simply enjoy the game and in 5months of playing havent really experianced anything terrible. The only annoying thing is load screen in pvp blue screen which hasnt been happening as much latley and talking to npcs sometimes locks up my character but some dodge roll weapon swap button smashy fixs it. Oh well still fun.

Absolutely! However being a booty face about the steak under cooked doesn't fix anything!

I've never raged so no need for apologies . I will say this howevers , if ZOS took more time with quality control instead of content pushes they would not be finding themselves in the predicament so often an requiring explanations on Internet tv .

Restraining from releasing new content wont achieve the bug fixes. Its common knowledge that you need a strong foundation of code to reduce bug occurances. ESO does not have a strong foundation. ZOS is in a real predicament. If the bugs haven't been fixed already then there is a major possibility it never will be unless the game is entirely rewritten.

I feel for ZOS but they put themselves in that situation. Hopefully they can resolve all issues.

And the waiter or waitress is anyway not the person who has undercooked it - just point it out, let them get you another more properly done steak and meanwhile some cocktail or such for free, to make up for the inconvenience and keep you happy -. and if they do not want that - well, ask for the manager and have a chat with him/her.
