No; I nor the people I have been running with have received a Master weapon since the hotfix.

Was something changed to affect the drop rate in nDSA, and if so what are the actual chances now?
In some sense I can get why some players only want them dropping from the Vet version, but I do feel that every player who goes through even Normal DSA should have a chance (25%) of getting one (even at CP160), HOWEVER, I do feel the quality should be White due to the difficulty difference.
The Vet version I feel should be giving out the Purple with a chance at a Gold one.

Color is irrelevant. It costs less than 1000g to upgrade an item from white to purple.
Before this update, the difficulty difference between nDSA and vDSA wasn't that big, so it made sense that nDSA could drop a somewhat weaker VR13 weapon while vDSA dropped VR14.
But with this update, nDSA is even easier, and vDSA's difficulty has been buffed substantially. The difficulty difference between the two is now very, very wide, comparable to that of nMA vs. vMA. So it makes sense that, like nMA, these unique weapons don't drop, even at CR150, since the effort and skill needed to clear the normal instance is so much less than that of vet.
That said, I personally wouldn't mind if nMA and nDSA dropped CR140 weapons since endgame players won't touch CR140 weapons anyway, and it'll give more people a taste of these weapons.

The new monster heads drop in normal?!?!??!??!?!??!Therefore, like the Monster sets that drop in the new dungeons (in both Normal and Vet), which by the way, have the same severe difference in difficulty, nDSA should have a chance to drop the Master weapons.
