when is this "witches festival" going to happen or did it already happened?
it would be nice if they remember that there are a few players out of U.S. that don't know their holidays. at least it would be nice to have a date associated to it or an option to delete those achievements if the holiday already happened. there's no point on keeping a list of achievements that no longer are possible to complete.
The Elder Scrolls online is the most diverse franchise out there. Everything from races to timelines are inspired by real world cultures. I'm sure everyone feel represented with an aspect of the game (I'm Brazilian so I feel represented with Argonians and their South American-ish culture). With its robust lore friendly holidays (which were also based on real life holidays), we have the potential for amazing dynamic events all year around. Technically speaking the holidays will be like real life ones and there is no need to feel offended and/or excluded that your culture isn't represented, first because what you feel doesn't matter and second because everyone is pretty much represented in the game anyways. Just wait for your designated holiday.

I still hate temp content, time limited content...I left one game because of it....
Who wants to wait 12 months to complete achievements or burn for 7 days...
As an achievement hunter I totally understand where you're coming from, as I get super anxious about nonrepeatable time-sensitive events as well. This will be the first one in ESO (that I know of). With that said, I'm still all for it so long as there's a decent stretch of time to try to complete it. Two weeks is ideal, one week is still probably totally doable.
